*PRICING

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart do not include shipping, handling fees, or taxes. Taxes will be added according to your location. The final price including shipping and applicable taxes according to your location will be displayed prior to entering your credit card number and will also be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail.

Dear Creatures is happy to give you a price adjustment and issue you the difference in store credit on full priced items within 5 days of purchase if the full priced style goes on permanent markdown sale price. Price Adjustments in Store Credit are NOT valid for promotional sales with the use of promotional codes. *Black Friday* and any other *promotional sales* with the use of a promotional discount code are exempt from price adjustments and no price adjustments will be given.

Dear Creatures cannot give price adjustments on further marked down items that were already on sale and then further marked down. Price adjustments are only valid on full priced items that go on sale and only on purchases made within 5 days of the item going on sale.

*STOCK AVAILABILITY

Dear Creatures will periodically restock sold out sizes and styles. If your size is out of stock and would like to inquire when we will restock our webstore, please e-mail shop@dearcreatures.com with your inquiry and a representative will get back to you within the next business day.

*PAYMENT

Dear Creatures accepts all major credit card payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

*CURRENCY

Dear Creatures lists and charges each price in U.S. dollars.

*SHIPPING & HANDLING

Your order will be processed within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri between 10 am – 5 pm PST). Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery on domestic orders.

All UPS orders are shipped with NO direct signature required. If this causes any concern pertaining to your order and you would like a direct signature required by UPS upon delivering your shipment, please make sure to type "DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY" in the comments section before completing your order.

Dear Creatures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders over $125 receive FREE standard ground shipping when shipping within the U.S. If you choose an upgraded shipping option, additional shipping charges will apply as quoted at checkout.

*TRACKING

Currently Dear Creatures is NOT set up to email you an automated tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility. If it has been past 2 business days since you placed your order and you would like to retrieve your UPS tracking number, please email us directly at shop@dearcreatures.com and a representative will reply to you within 24 business hours with your tracking number or status of your order.

*RETURN POLICY

Dear Creatures has an exchange only policy. If you would like to make an exchange, please e-mail shop@dearcreatures.com with your reason for return. A customer service representative will e-mail a Return Authorization form that must be filled out and sent back to us with your shipment. Send your NEW and UNWORN/UNWASHED items with all tags attached back within 30 days of receiving your shipment for store credit/exchange. If you wish to exchange an item the total amount will be credited towards your next order. Dear Creatures does not refund shipping expenses. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Note that the customer is responsible for paying for shipping returned merchandise unless Dear Creatures has sent the wrong item or size that was indicated in receipt of purchase. Dear Creatures is not responsible for any return shipments that get lost in transition so please make sure return shipments are traceable and make note of the tracking number for your package. Original shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will NOT be applied to store credit.

Items that are eligible for exchange:

• We have shipped you the wrong item – you did not receive what you ordered as listed in the confirmation e-mail.
• You would like to exchange for a different size.

Discount Items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds can be given.

***BLACK FRIDAY*** sales used with a promo code are FINAL SALE or eligible for a size exchange only if available.

All items bought with promotional code discounts are FINAL SALE or eligible for a size exchange only of the same style if available.

*CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order by e-mailing shop@dearcreatures.com until the time your order has been processed and shipped. However, if the order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel. If the order has been processed but has not yet been shipped, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

To retrieve your tracking number, please email shop@dearcreatures.com. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for our shipping department to process your order before providing your tracking number.
